Delivery, Return and refund policy.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is quoted on a quote to quote bases and is an additional charged item on the quote. All information needs to be correct on the delivery address to ensure that accuracy is followed in ensuring that the price for delivery can be optimized.
Only on subject of availability and proof of payment will we process your order and deliver your goods within 5 business days.
All goods are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed although the utmost care will be taken to reflect stock on hand in the warehouse. Racking Shelving Storage Solutions cannot be held liable if goods are out of stock when the order was made.
Shipment costs for deliveries outside South Africa will be pre-agreed if possible. Please email us if you are outside the borders of South Africa.
The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser in the registration process. All risks of goods shall pass to the purchaser upon conclusion/delivery of the sale. Any person who receives the goods at the address as stipulated by the purchaser will be presumed to be the authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the purchaser.
Return and Refund Policy
Any product damaged due to transport will be replaced on condition that it is reported to Racking Shelving and Storage solutions within 24 hours of delivery.
We have a no refund policy but will credit the buyers account with the value in the case where they do not want the product within 7 days of acceptance of the product.
